About Me
I am a CIPD-qualified Learning and Development professional with over 18 years' experience designing, developing and implementing learning solutions that support organisational performance.
My experience spans instructional design, learning technologies, LMS administration, leadership development, compliance training and large-scale learning projects. Throughout my career, I have partnered with stakeholders at all levels to identify performance challenges, design effective learning solutions and successfully implement change.
Over the last decade, I have specialised in digital learning, leading projects ranging from eLearning development and video production through to LMS implementation, learning transformation and technology adoption.
I am passionate about creating learning experiences that are practical, engaging and aligned to business objectives..
